Uncle Eds Restaruant, a must try! (though I might be biased)

It has been far too long since I have posted, and I have had so many yummmmy experiences between my last post and today, where ever will I begin?

I recently tried coffee oreo ice cream at a local ice cream (and now lunch and dinner joint) in my hometown. It's called Uncle Ed's Back Porch, the owner just happens to be my boss (he is an attorney by day and a restaurant owner by night). His ice cream is all homemade and so tasty!
