Easter Dessert!

I have been searching for a simple dessert to whip up for Easter Sunday, and I think I found it! An easy, 3 step Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake! I found it on the Kraft Brands website, under the Philadelphia cream cheese link (the link is below, if you want to check it out). Sometimes some of the best resources to find those yummy reciepes is straight from brand-names' websites!
I always associate cheesecake with Easter, I'm not sure why. It's just so light and fluffy and super creamy! The reciepe seems very simple, for a quick cheesecake fix for the fam and I. I'll post pictures of the outcome!

Uncle Eds Restaruant, a must try! (though I might be biased)

It has been far too long since I have posted, and I have had so many yummmmy experiences between my last post and today, where ever will I begin?

I recently tried coffee oreo ice cream at a local ice cream (and now lunch and dinner joint) in my hometown. It's called Uncle Ed's Back Porch, the owner just happens to be my boss (he is an attorney by day and a restaurant owner by night). His ice cream is all homemade and so tasty!

Peanut Butter Chocolately Heaven (thank you Martha Stewart)

I made these Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes and they were a hit! You swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate batter after you've already distrubted it in your cupcake tins. Delish!
